Do I have to sign a lengthy contract or lease?
No.  You are only required to sign a month-to-month lease agreement that will automatically renew each month until you vacate your unit.

Do I need insurance?
You are responsible for insurance coverage for your belongings while they are in storage.  Many insurance policies do not offer coverage for off site storage.  We can provide insurance coverage for your possessions through a national company specializing in self-storage insurance.

What hours do I have access to my unit?
Access is available 7 days a week from 6:00 am – 9:00 pm.  Extended access is available for special situations.

How is my unit secured?
Our facility is monitored 24 hours a day by a closed circuit camera system.  A computerized gate system with personal access codes is integrated with a wireless door alarm system.  We also recommend the use of a high security disc type lock.  You retain the keys.

What are temperature controlled units?
They are units that are heated and cooled by central heat and air conditioning units which also help control the humidity in the units.  The temperature in the units will range between 50 and 80 degrees, depending on the season.

Are there carts and dollies available for use?
We provide carts and dollies to make moving your belongings easier.

Are rental trucks available?
Yes.  We offer the complete line of UHaul rental vehicles.
